•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions under challenging circumstances.
•Translate business requirements into technical deliverables within the Microsoft 365 suite.
•Estimate and manage timing, staffing, and backlog for client solutions, including unit testing for continuous improvement.
•Share best practices for Power Platform solutions with global Avanade teams and participate in partner events.

Key Requirements

•Applying strong business analysis methodology and requirements-gathering skills.
•Implementing agile development practices.
•Showing a critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.
•Creating, analyzing, and visualizing data with Power BI.
