Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the design system, establishing a coherent design language that engineers can implement without hand-holding.
  • •Design features end to end by taking concepts to detailed specs with founders, PM, and engineers to ship functional, well-considered solutions.
  • •Talk to and advocate for users by understanding workflows and driving toward the right solution.
  • •Own brand and marketing design across website, sales collateral, and event materials so everything looks and feels on-brand.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually
