Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, architectural direction, and delivery support.
  • •Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents, including workflows, tool integrations, orchestration, memory, and safe execution.
  • •Build systems that extract insights from massive-scale datasets and deliver them via AI, APIs, and user experiences.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX designers, and coordinate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities across the platform.
  • •Improve performance, reliability, developer productivity, and the overall quality of AI systems while maintaining a high engineering bar.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • •2+ years of engineering management experience.
  • •Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications, including areas like orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, memory, guardrails, and evaluation.
  • •Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React or Vue.js (or similar frontend frameworks).
  • •Backend expertise with Node.js/TypeScript/Java/Scala/Python/Ruby/.NET (or similar), plus willingness to learn new technologies.
