Job Summary

Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team building production-grade AI agents for a unified AI/data security platform. Design and ship agent workflows, tool integrations, orchestration, memory, and safe execution, enabling users to reason over large-scale datasets and take action via AI, APIs, and intuitive UI. Partner closely with Product and UI/UX to deliver high-quality, customer value quickly while continuously improving performance, reliability, and developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance, architectural direction, and delivery support.
•Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents, including workflows, tool integrations, orchestration, memory, and safe execution.
•Build systems that extract insights from massive-scale datasets and deliver them via AI, APIs, and user experiences.
•Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX designers, and coordinate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities across the platform.
•Improve performance, reliability, developer productivity, and the overall quality of AI systems while maintaining a high engineering bar.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
•2+ years of engineering management experience.
•Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications, including areas like orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, memory, guardrails, and evaluation.
•Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React or Vue.js (or similar frontend frameworks).
•Backend expertise with Node.js/TypeScript/Java/Scala/Python/Ruby/.NET (or similar), plus willingness to learn new technologies.
