Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design, build, and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation.
•Take accountability for partner technical health, monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Lead complex technical integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting for high-value clients in Brazil.
•Build and troubleshoot custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configs, and convert recurring partner pain points into product and architectural enhancements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager who enjoys mentoring others.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) to lead Brazilian client accounts, plus fluent English to collaborate with engineering leadership and global teams.
•Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols, with Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations is highly preferred.
