Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure ongoing reliability and robustness by monitoring production availability, capacity, and throughput.
  • •Add reliability into the product roadmap and evolve systems over time.
  • •Coordinate reprioritization or fixes for critical bugs tied to support or sales requirements.
  • •Recommend and improve production infrastructure with engineering to ensure 100% availability.
  • •Automate scalable deployments across environments and monitor/remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities with the security team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
  • •Working knowledge of managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
  • •Knowledge of cloud platforms and tooling: AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
  • •Experience with Python/Shell scripting (bonus: Java, Go).
  • •Experience with Linux operating system internals and administration.
