Job Summary

Own engineering portfolio data and reporting by supporting Planisware Unified Planning and maintaining data integrity across schedules, resources, and cost baselines. Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Google Data Studio, extract and clean data for automated weekly/monthly status reporting, and translate complex project data into clear visuals for PMO leadership. Develop advanced Excel/Google Sheets models with macros and help update documentation and SOPs as features roll out.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Lead Administrator in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Planisware Unified Planning platform.
•Serve as a point of contact for end-users, addressing needs and navigation questions.
•Maintain data integrity across portfolio schedules, resource allocations, and cost baselines.
•Design, build, and maintain interactive performance dashboards in Google Data Studio.
•Extract and clean data from Planisware and secondary databases to generate automated periodic reports and ad hoc visualizations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years in data analytics and experience working with engineering or PMO reporting domains.
•Proficiency with Google Data Studio (or similar BI tools like Power BI or Tableau) and strong dashboard/reporting skills.
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and array formulas.
•Hands-on macro experience automating workflows (VBA or Google Apps Script).
•Experience with Planisware Enterprise/Orchestra (or similar PPM tools) and foundational Project Management concepts (WBS, Gantt, milestones, resource planning).
