  • •Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, integrations, CMDB, security models, and reporting.
  • •Experience with security incident response, vulnerability response, risk management, compliance, and audit management.
  • •Strong ServiceNow development/configuration skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
