Job Summary

Collaborate in a multidisciplinary design team to deliver Fire Protection BIM modelling across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, and Civil infrastructure projects. Manage BIM data through design and construction, coordinate with internal teams, generate client reports, and facilitate ISO19650-based coordination meetings to ensure integrated project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all BIM data requirements for projects through design and construction phases.
•Collaborate with internal BIM Technicians and designers to produce drawings and models that meet client goals and project KPIs.
•Produce accurate reports for discussion with the Design Manager and integrate with project controls systems.
•Facilitate multi-disciplinary coordination meetings using ISO19650 standards to ensure coordinated design.
•Support and contribute to the multidisciplinary design services team with Fire Protection modelling across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements

•Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or education institution; or relevant building services related degree with ideally, 10+ years building services modelling experience.
•Ability to chair workshops with BIM project stakeholders demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to create reports and VR presentations to effectively communicate with clients.
•Prior experience in Fire Protection/Services or MEP disciplines is highly advantageous.
•Demonstrated experience in production high-quality, data rich Fire Protection models and documentation.
•Understanding of Fire Protection system functions and design is highly regarded.
