On-The-Job Trainer

Train new-hire and job-bid hourly team members on essential skills, safety practices, and job-specific techniques on the production floor. Reinforce standard work, monitor progress, and coach employees to improve competence and confidence in producing quality work. Document training attendance and maintain accurate records, partner with supervisors on performance discussions, and support onboarding through plant tours and PPE training.
