  • •Provide and ensure quality by validating service performance against changing business demands and shared services needs.
  • •Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP), coordinating updates as program processes change and integrating to exceed customer expectations and SLA levels.
  • •Coordinate program-wide improvement efforts (CCI2) to optimize operations for technical and cost efficiencies.
  • •Support program QA/QC metrics and assist with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • •Conduct regular reviews of service delivery, quality metrics, Government reporting, and track continuous quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Established experience managing and controlling program scope, schedule, and cost for programs of similar size and complexity.
  • •Business management acumen to proactively manage financials and performance metrics for fixed price and cost plus programs.
  • •Experience developing and managing complex business models and supporting quality outcomes and measures.
  • •Active Secret clearance and ability to engage with customers and employees, including travel to program and customer locations.
