Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in phases of the Talent Acquisition process, including gathering requirements, promoting roles on job portals, screening, recruitment, assessments, candidate relationship management, and onboarding.
  • •Source, target, and build pipelines of candidates’ databases.
  • •Partner professionally with TA partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
  • •Support new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to gain broader business understanding and support HRBP with general HR work/projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree and eligible to work in the UK.
  • •Available for a minimum 12-week internship on a full-time basis and able to commit to at least 3 months.
  • •Demonstrate interest in human resources and enjoy connecting with people.
  • •Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail; passionate about turning insights into action.
  • •Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
