Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Global Talent Acquisition team by owning parts of the candidate journey, from gathering role requirements and promoting openings to screening, assessments, candidate relationship management, and onboarding. Build and maintain candidate pipelines, partner with TA partners and hiring teams on hiring needs, and help improve recruiting processes through short-term projects. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in phases of the Talent Acquisition process, including gathering requirements, promoting roles on job portals, screening, recruitment, assessments, candidate relationship management, and onboarding.
•Source, target, and build pipelines of candidates’ databases.
•Partner professionally with TA partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
•Support new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
•Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to gain broader business understanding and support HRBP with general HR work/projects.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree and eligible to work in the UK.
•Available for a minimum 12-week internship on a full-time basis and able to commit to at least 3 months.
•Demonstrate interest in human resources and enjoy connecting with people.
•Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail; passionate about turning insights into action.
•Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Education:High School in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields
