Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect guest laundry from guestrooms promptly while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous attitude.
  • •Complete laundry bags, invoices, and collection records accurately; verify laundry lists and report discrepancies before processing.
  • •Inspect garments for damages, missing items, stains, valuables, and special care requirements, and notify the Team Leader as needed.
  • •Prioritize express and VIP laundry requests and ensure garments are correctly tagged and recorded before processing.
  • •Deliver laundry within turnaround time, report lost-and-found items, and obtain guest acknowledgement upon delivery when required.
