Own and execute the regional technician learning and development roadmap—gathering field and business input, prioritizing skill gaps, and driving continuous improvement. Coordinate technician programs such as apprenticeship, onboarding, technical training, and career pathways in partnership with regional service leaders, the Field Instructor Network, recruiting, and workforce organizations. Track adoption and effectiveness using visual management and program data, communicate progress to leadership, and travel regionally to support delivery and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain the regional technician development roadmap and governance rhythm, including reviews, action tracking, and effectiveness measures.
•Coordinate delivery of technician learning and development programs (apprenticeship, onboarding, technical training, skill advancement, and career pathways) to improve adoption.
•Partner with the Field Instructor Network and field leaders on training readiness, scheduling, participation, and follow-through, and support train-the-trainer processes.
•Develop regional relationships with schools and workforce organizations, coordinate outreach/events, and connect early talent sources to technician development programs.
•Maintain documentation and manage learning resources; analyze program data and field feedback, communicate progress to leadership, and travel within the region to support execution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
•Relevant experience may include HVAC service, technical training, workforce development, operations, education, or program management.
•Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
•Strong organizational, program management, problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to analyze program data to recommend actions.
