Job Summary

Lead the ALM Data & Analytics function with responsibility for data governance, infrastructure, and analytical capabilities that support the asset-liability management month-end process and modeling updates. Drive monthly data loads and reconciliations, maintain ALM data architecture for platforms like QRM and Empyrean, and define data quality and control policies. Partner across Finance, LOBs, FP&A, Finance Enablement, and QMAA to ensure accurate, governed risk reporting (IRR/IRRBB, NII/EVE) aligned to regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Enhance and execute monthly data load processes and month-end reconciliation, explaining month-over-month changes to business partners.
•Lead ALM interest rate risk governance and controls, supporting measurement, monitoring, and issue resolution.
•Build and implement scalable ALM framework processes for centralized forecasting, FTP, capital and liquidity planning, and internal stress testing.
•Maintain ALM data inventory and define/monitor data quality rules and break remediation, ensuring data integrity and control policies.
•Support modeling initiatives and risk reporting decisions using governed data and analytics, including IRR/IRRBB and NII/EVE sensitivities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred), with 3+ years of leadership/team management experience (preferred).
•Database querying and data transformation expertise using tools such as Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
•Experience supporting and upgrading ALM platforms (e.g., QRM, Empyrean) and working with technology support teams.
•Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Python, SAS, Visual Basic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Understanding of ALM/interest rate risk concepts, including IRR metrics (NII, EVE) and behavioral assumptions/frameworks.
