Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the on-site scheduling team to review and analyze internal and contractor schedules, validating time and scope change impacts and delays.
  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule, preparing tasks to realize project requirements against the baseline programme.
  • •Develop tender and contractual schedule requirements, including contractual KPIs for schedule accuracy, milestone achievement, and timely submission of programmes.
  • •Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure, integrating contract packages into the master plan schedule.
  • •Review contractor schedules, analyze critical paths and constraints, develop mitigation plans, and support EOT claim assessment and reporting while producing regular progress updates.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects, preferably including Data Center experience.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule and delivering project status reports for large scale projects.
  • •Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.
  • •Excellent command of English and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
