Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise production activities at the Hang line, Weld Cells, and other work areas.
  • •Coordinate schedules and manpower assignments to meet production requirements and ensure correct parts flow to Paint and Assembly.
  • •Communicate with the Press Room and Materials Department to ensure correct parts are available for production and changeovers.
  • •Maintain safety standards and conduct personnel actions including safety concerns, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
  • •Maintain quality and ISO 9000 standards, complete required daily forms, lead 8D problem-solving, and ensure 6S housekeeping and Fab 101 compliance.
