Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run the monthly intercompany reconciliation process across the group, ensuring balances are matched and closed before reporting deadlines.
  • •Prepare intercompany elimination entries for consolidation and maintain a full audit trail of intercompany movements.
  • •Manage end-to-end intragroup invoicing cycles for management fees, cost recharges, and stock recharges.
  • •Contribute to the operational transfer pricing framework to ensure intragroup transactions are priced, invoiced, and booked per group policy.
  • •Transition bookkeeping for select foreign subsidiaries (US, UK, UAE, Morocco) until local finance managers are hired.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years of accounting experience with significant exposure to intercompany transactions and multi-entity environments.
  • •Experience in an international group or at an audit/accounting firm handling multi-entity engagements.
  • •Strong expertise in intercompany reconciliations and consolidation elimination mechanics.
  • •Good knowledge of French GAAP (US GAAP or IFRS familiarity is a plus).
  • •Proficiency in Excel and reconciliation tools; comfortable with large data volumes, plus fluent English.
