Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify customer, order, and item information for accuracy and completeness by reviewing quotes and purchase orders and checking catalog numbers.
  • •Perform daily order schedule maintenance, including removing sales order holds and providing sales order progress reporting.
  • •Identify and process order variances (e.g., product groupings, reserve production planned line items, consignment, credit card orders) and apply correct shipment and notification requirements.
  • •Coordinate with other departments to resolve pricing and quoting issues; apply appropriate sales credit and commission payment rates; review orders for completeness using an order entry checklist.
  • •Handle customer complaints and claims by maintaining effective communication with customers, participate in problem-solving teams/special projects, and support cross-training and continuous improvement while following Eaton safety and 5S requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree required.
  • •Minimum 6 months of customer interaction/support experience.
  • •Intermediate English proficiency.
  • •Technical knowledge, including desirable professional experience with ERP.
  • •Excellent ability to understand and manage computer packages, web pages, and emails.
