Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and evolve end-to-end business process architecture and documentation for assigned domains, including As-Is vs. To-Be gap analyses.
  • •Design future-state processes for record-to-report, procure-to-pay, billing, subscription management, revenue recognition, and renewals.
  • •Lead business process automation and continuous improvement by partnering with the Business Systems Group to streamline scalable workflows.
  • •Run cross-functional programs and change management activities, including developing testing plans (UAT), training, and adoption support.
  • •Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance business processes and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery.
