Provide high-level technical support and sustaining engineering for enterprise customer accounts using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. Participate in rotational weekend shift duties and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as direct contact and adviser for customer inquiries about Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform via customer portal, phone, and remote access tools.
•Deliver exceptional customer support using professional communication and deep troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
•Analyze and diagnose technical issues, communicate corrective actions and resolutions in a timely manner, and proactively address critical issues.
•Collaborate with other support engineers and internal/external teams during the resolution process.
•Document diagnostic steps and create reusable solutions; mentor junior team members and support rotational weekend shift duties as needed.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in Linux operation and administration.
•Professional experience configuring and troubleshooting OpenShift or Kubernetes components (logging, monitoring, networking, storage).
•Deep technical expertise in Linux virtualization, specifically managing and troubleshooting KVM, QEMU, and libvirt.
•Experience with container technologies including docker, podman, LXC, cri-o, and runc.
•Experience with networking technology and key networking protocols, tunneling, switching, and routing.
