Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) server infrastructure and OS-level services.
  • •Perform OS vulnerability remediation, patch management, kernel updates, and upgrades in line with security policies.
  • •Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • •Investigate and resolve Linux incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, including major incident response and RCA/problem management.
  • •Implement and maintain automation using Shell Scripting and Ansible, and support server provisioning/decommissioning and lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong administration experience with Linux operating systems, with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) preferred.
  • •Experience with Linux patching, kernel updates, and OS upgrades.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Shell Scripting (Bash) and automation using tools such as Ansible.
  • •Knowledge of system services, processes, networking, and performance tuning.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments and performing vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
