Welcome clients with warmth and deliver personalized beauty consultations using product expertise and trend awareness. Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to meet client needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer relevant advice.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment; follow Sephora standards and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20.5 hourly

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
