Job Summary

Provide critical financial and program control support for the SM-3 IB FY26–32 Production award by maintaining accurate cost, schedule, and financial data. Develop EACs and monthly LREs, report Earned Value (EV) metrics, and perform funding and variance analysis. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and support monthly reviews by partnering with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify risks and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive development of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) for program leadership.
•Report Earned Value (EV) metrics and analyze performance against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Support core cost, schedule, and financial reporting including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
•Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early identification of risks or issues.
•Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to support execution and resolve cost or schedule concerns.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Experience in program controls, including Earned Value Management (EVM) fundamentals.
•Working experience in a finance role.
•Experience using Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
