Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy leisure facility, ensuring safe, welcoming, and high-performing services. Work closely with the General Manager to deliver operational plans, drive sustainable growth, and enhance customer experiences. Manage, coach, and develop Duty Managers and departmental leaders, using performance data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Take responsibility for facility readiness, keyholder duties, and emergency response support as needed.

•Lead the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the facility, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
•Support the General Manager in delivering operational plans, business objectives, and sustainable growth.
•Manage, coach, and develop Duty Managers and departmental leaders to help teams grow and perform.
•Drive excellent customer service and build trust with customers, stakeholders, and the local community.
•Use performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation; handle facility readiness, keyholder duties, and emergency response support.

•Full UK Driving Licence; confident swimmer; NPLQ desirable (training provided).
