Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain sustainability data and metrics by collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting energy, water, waste, emissions, and related environmental data.
  • •Prepare the annual greenhouse gas inventory and coordinate with auditors on environmental data verification.
  • •Track franchisee utility data sharing compliance by reviewing submission completeness, reporting compliance levels, and coordinating alerts/communications.
  • •Maintain hotel metrics within the sustainability platform by updating monthly/quarterly data and supporting standardized uploads and portfolio updates.
  • •Support ESG external reporting and climate risk assessments by coordinating and analyzing climate hazard, exposure, vulnerability, and related physical and transition risks.
