Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain ICT engineering solutions supporting operational and business requirements.
  • •Deliver ICT projects and technical tasks within agreed schedules and budgets.
  • •Provide Level 3 help desk support: investigate, troubleshoot, resolve incidents; fulfill service requests; escalate as required.
  • •Monitor, test, and deploy security patches, and maintain system security and compliance.
  • •Deploy software builds/releases across development, testing, and production environments; maintain infrastructure and perform upgrades/maintenance of COTS applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian citizenship and currently hold minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
  • •Degree in ICT/Engineering.
  • •3–4 years of demonstrated experience in ICT engineering roles.
  • •Experience implementing ICT infrastructure and system solutions, including delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
  • •Proven Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a service management environment, including software deployment and release management.
