Coordinate and communicate all guest arrivals and departures at One&Only Reethi Rah, including luggage handling and stock requests. Ensure smooth front-office processes using Opera (check-in/out, cashiering, currency exchange, night shift functions) and uphold luxury hospitality standards. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, errands, and difficult situations, while managing front office cash float, bills/folios, pre-authorizations, and accurate record keeping, emails, and handovers.
