Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute employee experience programs, conduct surveys, and support recognition and engagement activities to strengthen the overall employee experience.
  • •Assist with benefits administration and enrollment, ensuring information is current and accurate.
  • •Create, maintain, update, and file employment records through the Workday HRIS system and maintain personnel files.
  • •Support HR projects and processes, contributing to HR Awards submissions and CSR initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in employee databases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Marketing/Business or any related field
  • •Excel & PowerPoint
  • •English language proficiency
  • •Interest in HRIS systems (Workday) and employment records management
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills
