Job Summary

The Demand Planner develops and validates bottom-up forecasts for Dyson products across global markets, focusing on Southeast Asia. They collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory, and clear communication of risks and opportunities, while driving IBP/S&OP processes and continuous improvements in planning and data management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop bottom-up demand forecasts by market and consolidate them to guide business and production plans.
•Collaborate with market teams to manage product ranging, including NPD launches and phase-outs.
•Monitor forecast accuracy, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
•Support inventory management and replenishment to minimize stockouts and align with supply/purchase orders.
•Drive continuous improvements in demand planning methodologies and deploy technologies (e.g., SAP IBP).

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in demand planning or supply planning with experience using SAP IBP or similar planning tools.
•Ability to develop SKU-level forecasts and manage product ranging including NPD timelines.
•Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning and Channel Management to understand drivers of forecast accuracy and inventory needs.
•Experience generating regular reports and dashboards and presenting forecast updates at IBP/S&OP meetings.
•Data management experience including maintaining forecast submissions and ensuring timely uploads into planning systems.
