Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, prototype, develop, and debug AI/GenAI software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices.
  • •Build and fine-tune large-scale LLMs and apply transformer-based approaches to solve customer problems using unstructured and multimodal data.
  • •Develop solution documentation and test procedures, troubleshoot software problems, and communicate requirements with internal customers.
  • •Apply MLOps best practices including CI/CD and model versioning, and manage production deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field, or similar relevant education.
  • •8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in data science and 2+ years in agentic AI.
  • •Deployed multiple solutions in production using unstructured data.
  • •Proven experience designing, pretraining, and fine-tuning large-scale LLMs for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and question answering.
  • •Hands-on with ML/AI toolchains and frameworks, including strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch (or Keras).
