Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction program by managing cost strategy and estimating activities for multi-building projects. Advise clients on bids, bid levelling, value engineering, and risk; produce cost reports and forecasts; and manage cost control through change orders, payment applications, and dispute procedures. Oversee invoicing, post-contract audits, and lessons-learned documentation using bid analysis, change control, and estimating/take-off tools.
