Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Assess customer homes and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new smart home system.
  • •Drive consultative sales while delivering a strong customer experience.
  • •Follow safety procedures and conduct a safety analysis of every home.
