Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and calibrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and instrumentation.
  • •Work on pumps and motors, control valves, meters, tank gauging equipment, and pressure/temperature gauges, including SCADA and interfaces.
  • •Maintain and repair electrical equipment such as valve actuators, medium voltage switchgear/substation equipment, motor control centers, and PLC-based controllers.
  • •Maintain DOT-required documentation, maintenance/repair records, and accurate CMV logs and documentation.
  • •Support training for other technicians, assist regional and corporate projects, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance; become familiar with CMMS functions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (technical school degree or equivalent preferred) and experience as a skilled technician in the industry.
  • •Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and ladder diagrams, mechanical drawings, and aerial strip maps; maintain as-built drawings.
  • •Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing refined petroleum pipeline systems and station/terminal equipment.
  • •Ability to pass Operator Qualification (OQ) requirements and perform work with strong attention to safety.
  • •Valid State driver’s license and ability to pass the Commercial Motor Vehicle physical; Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card if applicable.
