Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement software interfaces that connect Harmattan AI to customers’ existing systems, adapting integrations per customer context and validating data flows end-to-end on site.
  • •Configure, customise, and parameterise software for each deployment context; deploy and commission on site, and iterate based on feedback.
  • •Support on-premises release and update processes and ensure changes to the baseline don’t break deployed instances.
  • •Debug software issues in operational settings, drive resolution on site, and escalate with structured documentation.
  • •Surface reusable integration and customisation needs to the core product team to improve durable baseline capability instead of per-deployment forks.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of software engineering experience with hands-on integration (interfaces/connectors between systems) and environment-specific configuration/customisation.
  • •Strong ability to own software end-to-end (build, configure, debug, deploy) with solid software engineering fundamentals.
  • •Comfortable on Linux, including deploying, configuring, and debugging in operational settings.
  • •Systems thinking to reason across integrated systems and external interfaces, not just a single component.
  • •Comfortable working directly with customer technical teams on site and operating with a high safety mindset in mission-critical environments.
