Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect or provide inspection in their absence by reviewing contractors’ workmanship, materials, and equipment for contract conformity.
  • •Provide oversight of construction to ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards, including documentation of deficiency correction per the USACE 3-Phase inspection program.
  • •Attend stakeholder and contractor weekly project meetings and participate in tests, demonstrations, and field instructions.
  • •Complete and maintain quality assurance records, including Daily Reports with defects, omissions, and construction photos in the RMS.
  • •Monitor and report on the contractors’ quality program, notify the client of test failures with corrective actions, and oversee punchlist/zero defect walkthroughs.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Excellent knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • •Experience supporting project closeout activities, including punch list management and final inspections.
  • •Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • •Master’s degree in Quality Assurance, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related field (preferred).
