Operations Management MDP Weekend Test Manager II - (M2)

Supervise weekend test operations for manufacturing of capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components, ensuring production schedules, milestone meetings, and cycle-time performance meet targets. Prioritize work based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements. Track operational metrics and performance, lead corrective actions tied to cost of quality and customer/vendor requirements, and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality. Manage training, performance, hiring, and development while coordinating with operational meetings.
