Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees across production and/or operation functions including assembly, inspection, testing, and final test related to manufacturing.
  • •Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements, and conduct milestone meetings.
  • •Support development and tracking of organization performance metrics, and ensure meeting or improving cycle time and related operational metrics.
  • •Manage operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and ensure conformance to customer/vendor requirements; analyze cost of quality and initiate corrective action.
