  • •Manage fleet activities including scheduling, inspections, and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • •3+ years’ experience in a Traffic Management Center (TMC), Emergency Dispatch Center, Incident Management, Roadside Assistance program, or Safety Service Patrol operation (or 5 years combined relevant experience).
  • •At least 2 years of TMC experience within the total experience listed.
  • •1+ year of supervisory or management experience to lead, train, or oversee operational staff.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to work alternate schedules and be on-call 24 hours/day (several weeks/month), plus ability to write reports and correspondence.
