Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major multidisciplinary programs as a leader of cross-functional, cross-cultural, virtual program teams.
  • •Plan, develop, and execute product/service development and/or certification programs within approved budget and schedule constraints.
  • •Introduce the product through Factory and arrange training for the Sales and Operations teams.
  • •Use the NPI process to achieve customer deliverables, schedule, cost, and related program milestone objectives.
  • •Manage basic PM areas including cost, time, risk, and integration management, and forecast/escalate issues to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering.
  • •PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • •Experience in managing multi disciplinary (electronics + mechanical + software) programs and leading globally distributed cross-discipline teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle for Hardware and Software, including NPI process to achieve customer deliverables and program milestones.
  • •Experienced in Earned Value Management and expert in Microsoft Project/other scheduling tools, with strong stakeholder expectation management.
