Job Summary

Work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build, repair, and test display and wafer fabrication equipment used for semiconductor manufacturing. Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs; run tests with fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; and document work by entering data on computer terminals. Follow safety standards and complete required health and safety training while inspecting parts and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, repair, and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders, diagrams, and instructions.
•Carry out electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs; identify and correct errors.
•Observe and enforce safety standards, maintain a safe and clean work environment, complete required health and safety training, and report accidents, injuries, hazards, or emergencies.
•Test assemblies and subassemblies using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; document results.
•Receive parts, perform audits for availability and defects, inspect finished work, and troubleshoot and improve processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 27.5

•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repair, identifying and correcting errors.
•Follow all safety standards by maintaining a secure, safe, clean work environment, using protective equipment when required, and promptly reporting safety hazards or emergencies.
•Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
•Inspect parts for defects and enter work progress and labor details on a computer terminal; may perform computer programming and software repair/install.
