Lead and support injection molding operations on your shift by setting up machines, changing materials/colors, starting up and monitoring quality, and making adjustments to maintain production and specifications. Oversee packaging and scheduling to meet customer demands, respond to alarms and equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance. Provide functional leadership, cover for the supervisor when needed, and ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper lockout/tagout procedures.
