Key Responsibilities

  • •Help define configuration and architecture standards.
  • •Provision network devices for corporate offices and POPs and manage corporate circuits.
  • •Continuously improve configuration standards and operational procedures, including device monitoring.
  • •Liaise with third parties, IT, and remote office users to fix and resolve issues.
  • •Create and execute scheduled changes, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain/upgrade systems (firmware, configurations) while monitoring performance and availability/reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of BGP configuration and management.
  • •Basic knowledge of backbone and datacenter networks.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one internal routing protocol, including configuration and day-to-day operation.
  • •Working knowledge of corporate networking and TCP/IP.
  • •Working knowledge of remote access, with strong documentation and communication skills.
