•Collaborate with Concept Development, IT, Cost Control, and Operations to deploy digital platforms that meet business and guest needs, manage content and ensure platforms are fully functional and integrated into daily operations.
•Design and deliver hands-on training programs for operations teams, onboarding materials and guides, and coach local teams during rollouts and transitions.
•Use data analytics to track platform performance, refine customer journeys, and lead platform updates to drive commercial results.
•Drive pilot programs and full-scale rollouts with precision, coordinating resources to meet milestones and KPIs, while troubleshooting deployment issues and ensuring smooth transitions.
