Provide excellent customer service in the bank’s Customer Service Center by answering inbound calls, resolving customer questions and complaints, and assisting with account inquiries and maintenance. Support customers with checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, internet banking, debit cards, and credit cards, while presenting and explaining bank products and services and meeting call quality goals.

•1 year of customer service experience.
•Preferred knowledge of bank products, services, and policies/procedures.
•Excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to listen, collect data, and secure answers.
•Excellent computer skills, strong organization, and ability to work well under pressure (including overtime as needed).
