Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and lead development of critical large-scale components for the Integration Cell runtime.
  • •Own the technical strategy by defining interfaces, setting standards, and making/defending architectural tradeoffs.
  • •Drive platform-wide security, scalability, and reliability improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • •Act as a technical escalation point for complex production issues and customer-facing challenges.
  • •Raise engineering quality through design reviews, mentorship, best practices, and proactive identification of roadmap gaps and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience, including owning large-scale initiatives from inception to production.
  • •Expert development skills in Go, Java, and/or Node.js with strong distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud and containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for multi-tenant workload management.
  • •Strong platform security experience across RBAC/pod security, secrets management, policy-as-code (OPA/Gatekeeper), and container supply-chain security (SBOM/signing).
  • •Experience with CI/CD and observability (Jenkins/Concourse/Argo CD; Dynatrace or Prometheus/Grafana/Jaeger) plus API and AI gateway security patterns.
