Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently provide prompt, friendly client greetings, offer assistance and answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
  • •Support the sales team with selling process tasks including hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
  • •Organize and prioritize workstations and the selling floor to ensure items are stocked and merchandise standards are maintained.
  • •Support client service activities including Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host responsibilities.
  • •Support after-sales areas as needed by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining active records; answer phones in a timely manner.
