Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for an assigned product area within Delinea’s EPM solutions, aligned to product vision and strategy.
  • •Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria with agile development teams.
  • •Engage with customers and partners, review competitive/analyst inputs, and translate feedback from Sales and Support into actionable requirements.
  • •Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support throughout the release cycle to ensure high-quality, on-time feature delivery.
  • •Support go-to-market execution by contributing to positioning, messaging, release notes, launch content, and internal documentation/demos/training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
  • •3+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, owning features or a product area from definition through release.
  • •2+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security with exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
  • •Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID).
  • •Experience translating technical capability into clear user experiences and customer value; Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are advantageous.
