Store Manager

Own the store’s profit and loss, driving commercial opportunities and delivering strong KPIs. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team while ensuring an inclusive, customer-focused environment. Monitor performance through reporting and action plans for the District Manager, and take full responsibility for store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative processes. Recruit, coach, and build a leadership bench with high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
