•Provide daily leadership to district store operations, ensuring sales, customer service, and SOP adherence across all locations.
•Coach and develop store managers, conduct biweekly/regular check-ins, and guide district-level teams to meet productivity and budget targets.
•Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and implement improvements in operations and staffing.
•Lead merchandising planning and promotional activities while ensuring OSHA compliance and a positive team culture.
•Collaborate with HQ on strategic planning, budgeting, and district-wide execution of initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,000 - 65,000 annually

•1) Proven leadership of multi-store teams (10-12 store managers) and ability to coach and develop staff
•2) Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing sales, budgets, COGS, and labor to maximize profits
•3) Experience driving store operations, merchandising, pricing, and OSHA/compliance standards
•4) Strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to lead district-wide initiatives
•5) Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to conduct regular store visits and remote check-ins
