Job Summary

Support clients in defining, managing, and implementing employee insurance programs and wellbeing/welfare plans. You’ll help develop and run projects for an assigned client portfolio, advising on risk intermediation topics for expatriate employees and coordinating daily with clients, specialized insurance carriers, and internal colleagues. Work closely with leading national companies across industries, delivering innovative, personalized benefits solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Rome or Florence.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects related to the development of insurance programs for an assigned client portfolio and associated revenues.
•Handle client portfolio relationship and ongoing client management activities.
•Advise clients by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating issues related to risk intermediation for expatriate employees.
•Coordinate daily with clients and specialized insurance companies, as well as internal colleagues, for an integrated client management approach.
•Deliver innovative, personalized insurance and wellbeing/welfare benefits solutions for employee coverage needs (e.g., life, accidents, medical expense reimbursement).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 37,000 - 50,000

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of the insurance sector.
•Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
•Good English proficiency, spoken and written.
•Problem-solving mindset with goal orientation, plus data analysis ability and attention to detail.
