Job Summary

Configure, implement, and optimize SAP Order Management across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BRIM. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution approaches, and configure order management capabilities such as pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing. Lead integration efforts with other SAP modules and external systems, including IDocs/APIs and EDI mapping, while ensuring successful testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support.

•Gather requirements by working closely with business stakeholders on order management processes, challenges, and needs.
•Design SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP BRIM solutions for order management using best practices and business needs.
•Configure and customize SAP Order Management capabilities including pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing.
•Ensure integration across SAP modules (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external systems, including IDocs/APIs and EDI solutions.
•Develop and execute test scripts, provide user training and documentation, and deliver ongoing support/maintenance for SAP Order Management solutions.

•In-depth knowledge of SAP Order Management module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
•Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
